Can I visit TAIT Design Co. HQ?
We love visitors! With enough notice and if there’s room in our schedule, we’re happy to say yes. If you’re interested in a group tour or just stopping by, please email us to set something up. Our studio is located at 14500 Kercheval Ave., Detroit, MI 48215. 

Can I pick up products in person from you?
Unfortunately, we do not keep inventory at our studio. If you’re in Detroit you can find our products at Nora, POST, and City Bird. And you can also find our goods at over 250+ stores around the world (click here for a full list). However, our website is the best place to choose from all of our products in one place, as most stores do not stock our full product line. 

You’re sold out of the color I want!
Oh no! So sorry about that – we’re most certainly in production again for it right now. Reach out to us and we’ll make sure to notify you when it’s back in stock.

How are your products made?
We make the first version of everything ourselves in our studio. Then we work with one of our 15+ amazing vendors across the USA to help us produce larger volumes, so you can order in any quantity from our site. 

Can I order one of your products in a custom color?
The answer to this question is very product and time dependent. While we can’t make just 1 of anything, if you’re looking for a bulk custom order feel free to write in and tell us more about it. A lead time of 2-3 months is usually necessary and always appreciated. 

How do you feel about collaborations?
We love them! Drop us a line and tell us about your scheme! 

What’s your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please write to us directly so we can make it right! Any product can be returned within 30 days as long as the product has not been damaged in any way. Though we do not cover the return shipping cost, once your order has arrived at our studio, we are happy to refund your purchase in full.

Do you offer refunds?
If you are looking for a refund for a broken product, or missing piece, please write to us directly. We’ll be more than happy to supply what is needed! For any return, as long as the product has not been damaged in any way, we are happy to provide a full refund.

What types of payments do you receive?
You can order our products online using any major credit card.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone. For the privacy of your credit card information, all orders must be processed on our website. 

Tell me about your shipping policies! 
All of our products ship out of a fulfillment center in Michigan, and orders ship within 1-3 business day after being received. Our fulfillment partner works hard to find the cheapest rate and fastest route to you, and we’ll update you with a tracking number when your goods are on their way! During the holidays if this time needs to be extended, we will update our announcement banner to let you know. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world. 

What if the tracking says my package is here, but I can’t find it?
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, all shipping liabilities lie with either FedEx, UPS or USPS, whichever we’ve send you a number for. If the tracking number says it has been delivered but you don’t see it anywhere, you can contact that shipping company for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery, though we will do everything we can to help. 

I need to sign for my packages – is that part of your shipping process?
Not usually, but we can help you with this! If you require a signature upon receipt, please make special note of this upon checkout (in the notes section). Otherwise domestic packages do not require a signature.
